Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rivonaprint. We strive to process and ship your custom-designed t-shirts as quickly and transparently as possible. All shipping terms outlined below apply to domestic orders within the United States.

1. Processing and Production Time

Because our products are made specifically for you, all orders require a production and processing period before they are shipped. Order processing takes 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Transit Time

Once your order has been processed and leaves our facility, the standard transit time is 7 to 10 business days for all US domestic deliveries.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in straightforward pricing. We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States, regardless of the order size or weight.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update in the carrier’s system. We recommend utilizing our “Track Your Order” page for real-time updates.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Rivonaprint is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee.
