Return & Refund Policy
At Rivonaprint, every product is unique and produced only once ordered (“Made-to-Order”). Because of the custom nature of our products, our policy differs from standard retail stores.
1. The 30-Day Guarantee (Defects & Errors Only)
Your satisfaction is our priority. While we generally do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, we stand behind the quality of our products.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your item. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. When Can You Request a Replacement/Refund?
We will happily provide a free replacement or a full refund under the following strict circumstances:
- The item is significantly damaged or defective upon arrival.
- The print quality is poor (blurry, off-center).
- You received the wrong size, color, or style compared to your order confirmation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because each item is custom-printed for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Selection Errors: You chose the wrong size, color, or design. (Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering).
- Change of Mind: You no longer want the item.
- Address Errors: The item was returned to sender due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
4. How to Report an Issue
You do not need to return the defective item to us. To start a claim, please email [email protected] with:
- Your Order Number.
- A clear photo of the damaged/incorrect item.
- A clear photo of the packaging label.
Once verified, we will send a replacement immediately or issue a refund to your original payment method.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
