Important Notes:
- Tracking Updates: Please allow 1-3 business days after your order is placed for the tracking information to update in the system.
- Multiple Packages: If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped separately to get them to you faster. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each.
- Stuck Status: Sometimes tracking statuses stick on “Pre-Shipment” or “Label Created” for a few days. This is normal during high-volume periods; the package is moving, but the carrier scan is delayed.
