Order & Production
Are your products already printed and ready to ship?
No. Every t-shirt at Rivonaprint is custom-printed specifically for you once your order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs and maintain high quality control.
How long does it take to process my order?
Because each item is custom-printed, our production team requires 1 to 3 business days to prepare, print, and package your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a straightforward, flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 for all domestic orders within the United States.
When will I receive my order?
After the 1-3 business day processing time, standard shipping within the United States takes 7 to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my item if it doesn’t fit or I change my mind?
Because our t-shirts are custom-printed upon request, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or sizing errors made by the customer. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before purchasing. We strictly accept returns only if the error is ours (e.g., manufacturing defect, wrong design sent, wrong size sent by us).
What do I do if I receive a defective item?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
