1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
How long will it take to get my order?
Since every item is Made-to-Order, we need time to produce it for you.
• Production Time: 1-3 business days.
• Shipping Time (US): 7-10 business days after production.
• Shipping Time (International): 10-14 business days after production.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from our partnered facilities in the US to ensure the fastest delivery times for our domestic customers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. International shipping costs $12.99 flat rate.
2. ORDERS & MODIFICATIONS
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can request a change or cancellation within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, your order goes into production and can no longer be modified. Please email [email protected] immediately if you need changes.
I placed an order but didn’t receive a confirmation email.
Please check your SPAM/Junk folder. If you still can’t find it, you may have entered your email incorrectly. Contact us, and we will fix it for you.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Do you accept returns?
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color chosen). However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong item, we will send a free replacement or full refund immediately. Please see our Return Policy for full details.
How do I choose the right size?
We strongly recommend checking the Size Chart located on every product page before ordering. Since we cannot accept returns for size issues, measuring your favorite shirt at home and comparing it to our chart is the best way to ensure a perfect fit.
