At Rivonaprint, we operate on a Made-to-Order business model. This means we don’t hold aging inventory; every item is printed and crafted specifically for you once you place an order. We believe this is the most sustainable way to shop fashion.
1. Order Processing Time
Because every item is custom-made, please allow us time to manufacture your product ensuring the highest quality.
- Production Time: 1 – 3 Business Days.
- Note: Processing time does not include shipping time.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We believe in transparent pricing. We offer flat-rate shipping to ensure there are no surprises at checkout.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
4. Failed Deliveries
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Rivonaprint cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer. In such cases, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to ship to the correct address.
